David Teasley is a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with an impressive 22 years experience. He has treated over 24,000 patients in nearly every aspect of cosmetic and reconstructive surgery. Dr. Teasley finished Undergraduate School in just three years with a double major in Biology and History, Magna Cum Laude and was elected Phi Beta Kappa. He then completed his medical degree at Duke University School of Medicine, receiving honors in Surgery, Medicine, Pediatrics and Oncology and was elected Alpha Omega Alpha, the honorary fraternity for achievement in Medicine.

A general surgery residency at the University of Minnesota was completed, which led to membership in the American Society of Transplant Surgeons. Dr. Teasley was then accepted into the top-rated Plastic Surgery Fellowship in Norfolk, Virginia. He achieved Certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1989. He has been recognized by the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery for contributions to cosmetic surgery and has lectured at its annual meetings. Dr. Teasley has been on the faculty of numerous International Workshops and Symposia, been a participating surgeon for Operation Smile since 1985 and is recognized as one of the finest plastic surgeons in the country.
